This not only allows our volunteers to utilize growth in skills and talents, but it also provides more care, socialization and assistance for our animals. Interested in Cats and Small Animals?

Training: Take Cattery and Small Animals Aide Training

At the Shelter: Volunteer as Cattery & Small Animals Aide and/or Cattery Socialization & Enrichment Aide; promote to Cattery Customer Service Aide

Outside the Shelter: Take PetSmart Cattery Consultant Training, and volunteer at PetSmart Landstown as a PetSmart Cattery Consultant

 

Interested in Dogs?

Training: Take Dog Walking Training

At the Shelter: Volunteer as a Dog Walker; take Kennel Aide Training and volunteer as a Kennel Aide; Promote to Canine Enrichment Volunteer* and/or Kennel Customer Service Aide*

Outside the Shelter: Take Visiting Paws Training, and volunteer as a Visiting Paws Volunteer

Training: on the job

At the Shelter: Donation Center; Shelter Greeter and/or Shelter Front Desk Aide; promote to Shelter Front Desk Adoption Aide

 

Interested in At Home Opportunities?

Training: Foster Training
